Nice angle and good use of leading lines, i like the frozen tree as the background, i think that you shouldve done a straight on shot of her from her feet rather than the side of her, but nice job

No disrepsect to your girlfriend, but I think the shot/angle is more complimentary to the tree instead, you should take another shot without her there.....

Agree with Wysiwyg here, but, as UE pointed out, the composition would be improved if you would have taken the shot from a lower point of view. As it is, she seems chopped off.

However, the tree is stunning, and the overall image is well exposed.
