I would have preferred if the ball in the foreground showed a number, and I am assuming the colour cast is from the light in the table..

Yes the ball in focus is a bit boring, and is a lil over exposed.... Its a nice idea but flawwed...

You give no data for the shot so I'll guess you shot this close-up which would explain the shallow DOF. I might have chosen to back away from the shot and used a telephoto or zoom to have more focus on all of the balls. Still nice color and composition.
